1. Scope of Services
   These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Vibrant Volume LLC, including but not limited to manuscript editing, book cover design, formatting, and publishing support.

2. Client Responsibilities
   Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and original manuscript or project materials. Clear project details—such as genre, word count, formatting preferences, and any specific requirements—should be provided at the start of the project. Clients agree to review drafts promptly and provide feedback or approvals without unnecessary delay.

3. Service Delivery & Revisions
   All services will be delivered according to the timeline outlined in the approved quote or invoice. Reasonable minor revisions within the original project scope are included. Requests for major revisions, additional features, or changes beyond the agreed brief may incur additional charges and adjusted timelines.

4. Ownership & Copyright
   Clients retain full ownership and copyright of their manuscripts and intellectual property. Vibrant Volume LLC does not claim any rights over client content and provides services strictly on an editorial, design, or formatting basis. Any internal drafts, design concepts, or working files not included in the final deliverables remain the property of Vibrant Volume LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
   While we maintain high professional standards, absolute error-free results cannot be guaranteed, as editing and design involve human judgment. Vibrant Volume LLC is not responsible for outcomes related to publishing, distribution, sales performance, reviews, or legal matters after service completion. Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Payment & Fees
   All fees, payment schedules, and service details are outlined in the approved invoice or quotation. Services are considered complete and accepted once final deliverables are approved by the client.

7. Termination & Right to Refuse Service
   We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services if communication is abusive, unprofessional, or if submitted content is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights. If either party fails to meet obligations, the agreement may be terminated. In such cases, the client will be billed only for work completed up to the termination date.

8. Acceptance of Terms
   By using our services or submitting materials to Vibrant Volume LLC, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

• The descriptor on your card will appear as Vibrant Volume LLC.

• All plan services are provided digitally via the Internet.

• Services are typically completed within 1 to 7 days from the order date.
