Service Nature & Refund Policy

Due to the personalized and manual nature of our services including editing, book cover design, and formatting we maintain a structured refund policy.

We offer a 30-day refund policy, meaning you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Refunds may only be considered if work on the project has not yet started or if Vibrant Volume LLC is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service.

Once work has begun—such as editing in progress, design concepts created, or formatting underway—or after final deliverables have been approved, refunds will not be applicable.

If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued after deducting any applicable processing fees or non-refundable deposits.

Revisions & Quality Assurance

We provide minor revisions within the original project scope to ensure client satisfaction.

If the final delivery does not match the agreed specifications (such as formatting requirements or approved cover design details), clients may request corrections instead of a refund.

Our priority is to resolve concerns through revisions and quality improvements to deliver the best possible results.

Refund Request Procedure
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email within 30 days of purchase
  • Requests are only valid if work has not started
  • Include your invoice or order reference details in the request

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued via the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Work on the project has already started
  • Final deliverables have been approved
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Delays in publication or external factors
  • Changes in personal preferences or market conditions
